Part 2 - The Personal Assistant

When past clients want to contact you, they dial a special coded telephone number dedicated only to your account. Your name and phone number are prominently displayed on all of your RateWatch® reports and cover pages. This coded phone number (provided by us at no extra charge) connects to a sophisticated voicemail system personalized by you with a friendly, custom greeting. Our staff is electronically notified as soon as your client or referral leaves a voicemail. We track and return all phone calls to your clients and introduce ourselves as your "personal assistant." We introduce ourselves as the "Client Services Department" when we are retained by owners and branch managers. After a very brief conversation we then email their request directly to you. We follow up with a phone call to you as well like a great personal assistant should. We'll even try to snag you a referral.

Part 3 - Tracking System & Measured Results

Annually, we produce and provide a ROI report detailing total fees paid for services as well as the total number of clients we retained and referred to you.
